Pack Walk general rules

🐶 Tickets are £15. Limited spaces available, maximum 15 spaces. Booking must be made in advance via our website. Tickets are non refundable unless exceptional circumstances. Only one ticket needs to be purchased per household (not per dog). This permits all dogs and family members of the same household on the walk.

🐶 Pack walks are for existing Natural Balance Customers only. If you would like to join our pack walks but you are not a customer please contact us in advance. We cannot accept anyone if they are not an existing customer or have not spoken to us prior to the event.

🐶 Many of our customers will have dogs that are working through reactivity or aggression issues. Any current customer will have all the training in place to be able to deal with their dog appropriately, however please bare this in mind and keep your dogs under control at all times.

🐶 Whether you need a bit of help with socialisation, training or control, or whether you just want to come on a structured and interactive walk with your dog, then come along and join the fun. We welcome all breeds, ages and training levels  - Usual rules apply that if you are not an existing customer you must contact us prior to the walk. This is a 90-minute group walk . Our behaviourists will be on hand to give advice and boost your confidence. This is also an excellent way to help teach all dogs how to behave well in a real-world setting where they will come across other dogs that may still be in training. All dogs must be on lead to begin. We then practice training exercises to help work on your dog's engagement and work around distractions. Those who have full off lead control of their dogs are able to let them off for some off lead play and socialising if the Behaviourist deems it appropriate.

🐶 Balls/toys (other than a squeaky toy used to help with recall) are not to be used on a pack walk.

🐶 Your dog is your responsibility so please bring poo bags, treats and water as necessary.

🐶 Please turn up early to the pack walk to avoid traffic and to find parking. If you are running late please contact us to let us know.
